Golden Monkey Cottages - El Nido

I recently had a fantastic stay at a secluded resort nestled amongst lush tropical gardens in a stunning location by the sea. My cottage, located right at the shore, offered breathtaking views of the Bacuit islands. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with all basic amenities provided. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met and going above and beyond to make me feel at home. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included with my stay, providing a great start to each day of relaxation and exploration.

This hotel offers incredible value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the rooms, including the daily cleaning service and the availability of hot water when the electricity was on, made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The stunning view of the Bacuit islands from the sea shore, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and with the mountains in the distance, truly took our breath away. The location, just a short walk from the village, provided a peaceful and secluded haven to relax and unwind.

Located right on the beach of Las Cabanas, Golden Monkey Cottages offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with functional amenities such as a hot shower and fresh towels provided. the friendly and helpful staff ensure that your stay is enjoyable, and the homemade breakfast is delicious. With the beach just a few steps away, guests can easily enjoy swimming and relaxing by the sea.

The resort is situated on a muddy road near a residential area, which may not be ideal for those looking for a more upscale location.

Freshly cooked breakfast every day and stunning sea views. the location was peaceful and away from the noise of the town. the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The beach in front was not suitable for swimming due to the flat corals, but it was accessible by a short walk. the water supply was not always reliable, but this was a common issue on the island.

The view from the cottage was stunning, and the room was spacious and well-furnished. We were also pleased with the hot water in the shower. It was a peaceful location, and we enjoyed being away from the tourist crowds.

The walk to the nearest shops and restaurants was longer than we expected, and the path could be dangerous at night due to poor lighting. There was no restaurant on site, so we had to make our own arrangements for food.
